These Terms govern your use of the NuuniPay service. Creating or using an account means you accept these Terms.

1. The service

NuuniPay is a digital payment wallet. You may use deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related features as offered in the app. Fees and limits may apply.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your password, PIN, and activity on your account. Do not share your credentials. We may suspend an account when required for legal or security reasons.

3. Transactions

Check details before you confirm. Completed payments may be irreversible. NuuniPay is not liable for loss caused by incorrect details or access you grant to others.

4. Prohibited use

Fraud, unlawful payments, unauthorized access attempts, or any illegal use is prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
