Delete Account

You have the right to delete your NuuniPay account. This action cannot be undone.

How to delete

  1. Open the NuuniPay app
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Tap “Delete Account”
  4. Confirm twice

If you cannot sign in, email support@nuunipay.com with your account email/phone.

What gets deleted

Your profile, KYC data, transaction history (unless we must keep records by law), and app access. Withdraw any remaining balance before deleting — otherwise it may be lost.
